PURPOSE OF POSITION: ¿ To coordinate assigned responsibilities in the company Germany operations in support of the corporate execution of business strategy, product marketing, and the representation of the company to customers at the highest levels to establish goodwill and to meet corporate goals for continuous growth with products of the highest quality. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ¿ Align continuously assigned responsibilities with the current business strategy of the company. ¿ Support the team definition of strategies to meet corporate goals for continuous growth. ¿ Support the sales effort with German customers by establishing high level relationships with customer executives to maintain a positive environment of goodwill to benefit the company sales efforts. ¿ Function as a leader in the management of assigned responsibilities, in the empowerment of associates, in the development of corporate strategies, and in the representation of the company to customers and the community. ¿ Function with fiduciary responsibility in the best interest of corporate direction. ¿ Coordinate assigned responsibilities through consensus with the corporate management team. ¿ Avoid company politics and promote cooperation and teamwork for the common good of all employees across all departments. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ¿ Communicate all assigned responsibility executions to the company continuously as an educational tool to the company, a motivational tool to associates, and in formal management reporting as required. POSITION DEMANDS: ¿ Bachelor¿s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical degree. ¿ Demonstrated successful experience at a senior management level in an automotive electronics environment. ¿ Demonstrated successful experience with German automakers in effecting sales growth. BEHAVIORAL/VALUES CHARACTERISTICS: ¿ This person must maintain confidentiality on critical company information. ¿ This person must maintain a high level of company loyalty, confidentiality, honesty, and integrity. ¿ Requires a person who is highly self-motivated with excellent people skills. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: ¿ This position reports to Senior Vice President.
